Woocommerce Payment Plugin not Enrolling purchaser on the course

Hi, we have the woocommerce plugin installed and setup everything up so the user can purchase a course. The purchase of the course goes well and the orders appear in both the Woocommerce and Learnpress orders area. However, the purchaser is not assigned to the course and cannot access it. We have tried many scenarios to get this working without any success (we have the Autostart option enabled too). Can you please help with this?
