Woommerce refund plugin is not working for motel BUT it works for store

Hello,

i am using woocommerce for both “motel rooms” and for “store”
I have added 1 plugin for refund —-WooCommerce Refund & Exchange With RMA .. This refund plugin works perfectly for my store page but it doesn’t work for motel as i am using same woocoomerce platforms for both.. please check the issue

“WooCommerce Refund & Exchange With RMA plugin” for refund is working perfectly for this. i want same working on my motel page as well.

you can test it by proceeding with checkout and when order is placed then first cancel the order and after that refund option is visible on that place ….. and we can refund it. you can check order here
