WP Hotel booking not working correctly with Woocommerce gateway

We purchased your theme Hotel WordPress Theme with your plugin WP Hotel Booking, ‘cause we’re implementing a WordPress website for a hotel, which it needs an online booking system.
We bought your Theme ‘cause in the documentation you wrote that it’s fully compatible with Woocommerce and integrated with Woocommerce payment gateway, but we’re experiencing some serious issues instead.
If we enable the booking payments via Woocommerce, and try to submit an order, these are the main issues we are experiencing:
1 – Sometimes at the checkout, when you try to make the payment to submit your reservation, the order doesn’t end well, but with an “internal server error” notice.
2 – Even when the reservation end up well, the order arrives in the Woocommerce and in the Hotel Booking dashboards with two different order numbers. This is a serious major problem, ‘cause this way the customer receives an email confirmation from Woocommerce with a certain order number, but in the Bookings back-end there’s an order with a different number.
3 – If we activate Woocommerce for payments, the “Advance Payment” setting in WP Hotel Booking stops working, so we can’t set in the cart that the customer can book a room paying only the deposit rather than the whole amount.
Can you please answer us and help us out? ‘Cause in this way your theme and hotel plugin are completely useless.
