Hello again, we wrote you on July 22 because we’re experimenting some serious issues with your theme+wp hotel booking plugin. Through your answer we found out that some essential functions and the compatibility with woocommerce are definitely not what we’ve expected from your plugin and definitely not what you wrote in your presentation of the product/documentation.
We answered you in the topic, extensively expressing our problematic, and your (disrespectful) answer was to close the topic.
So now we’re opening this new topic hoping for an answer (since we read in other topics and reviews that you’re regularly not answer to your customers and close topics, like you did with us).
Also, WE’D LIKE TO HAVE A REFUND,’cause your product is not what you advertise and we cannot use it.
