WPBakery Page Builder Not working on FrontEnd

We have every plugin and theme update possible on this site and for some reason the WPBakery front page builder function has stopped working.
Whenever we add an item in the front end we just get a spinning circle and are never able to add/change elements now.
Function is working on the back end but the person who updates this site has an easier time with the front end builder and we would like to get that function back.
We can add rows no problem but adding any elements (single image, text) gives us this spinning circle that never lets us edit. https://prnt.sc/yqdxbs
