1. How to Renew Customer Support License on ThimPress.com
Just to remind you, when you renew support on ThimPress website, you will renew both Customer Support & Update license at the same time.
First of all, you will be required to have & log in the ThimPress account that you use to buy our LearnPress add-ons. If you meet any problems with your ThimPress account, please message us on Facebook and we will help you.
After you log into ThimPress, navigate to the page My Account, and you will see the list of your orders from ThimPress. As you can see, the premium products will have a small text button Extend License under the expired day in the column Expire, while the free products appear to be blank spaces in that column.
Here, you will click the button Extend License and it will redirect you to the Cart page. The order here will be your product but you are not paying for the product but the customer support renewal.
You can change the quantity which means the number of years you want to renew your customer support license to. After you change the quantity to the number you want, remember to click Update Cart before you click Proceed to Checkout. If you change the quantity without updating the current cart, the system will only check out the order before you update your cart. If you are done with the wanted number of support years and update your cart, please choose the Proceed to Checkout button.
Then, you will be redirected to the Checkout page where you will finish the payment. Remember to fill in the billing details and choose your payment method. All information boxes with the letter * are required to be filled in, and you should check them carefully before you continue the payment.
Lastly, choose the payment method and proceed with the instructions from the gateway. On ThimPress, we offer PayPal, Stripe, & credit card paying gateways.
