Why Did We Decide to Remove Revolution Slider Eduma Integration?
Recently, the development team behind Slider Revolution chose to leave the ThemeForest marketplace. They now sell their product exclusively on their own independent website.
Because of these recent Slider Revolution license changes, their system now verifies licenses strictly on a per-site and per-year basis.
This new business model makes it impossible for us to continue bundling their premium plugin inside our theme for all users.
Therefore, the decision to remove Revolution Slider Eduma files ensures our product remains fully compliant, straightforward, and easy to manage.
What to Expect in the Eduma Theme Update 2026
As we move forward, the upcoming Eduma theme update 2026 will bring a cleaner, more streamlined design approach.
We have not finalized the exact version number for this release yet, but we will announce it very soon.
Transition to Eduma Banner Static Demo
Going forward, we will no longer use heavy animated sliders in our newly released theme layouts. Instead, every new Eduma banner static demo will feature fast-loading, high-quality static images.
This shift away from complex animations will greatly improve your website’s page loading speed, providing a much smoother learning experience for your site visitors.
How This Affects Existing Customers
We understand that you might be concerned about how this change impacts the website you have already built. Please rest assured that your live website is perfectly safe.
No Disruption to Current Sites
When you update your theme to the newer versions released after May 1, 2026, your existing sliders will continue to work and will not be removed after updating the theme. Your existing website design and homepage banners will remain exactly as they are today.
Support and Future Updates for Sliders
While your current setup will continue to work normally, please take note of the following policy changes regarding support:
- No Future Plugin Updates: We will no longer provide version updates for the Slider Revolution plugin through our theme dashboard.
- Direct Licensing Required: If you wish to update the plugin to a newer version in the future to access new features, you will need to purchase a separate license directly from the Slider Revolution author’s website.
- End of Technical Support: Our support team will no longer handle issues specifically related to the Slider Revolution plugin.
