How To Create an Account and Submit A ThimPress Support Ticket

First, you’ll need to create a new account: Go to ThimPress, click the user account in the top right corner, then you can choose to Sign up now or Connect with social accounts.

Then you will need to submit your purchase code so the system can detect that you are a verified buyer to give you access to the support forum:Screenshot 54 1

Finally, go to your theme’s support forum: (Choose the subforum of the theme you bought).

And you will see the Create Topic button. That’s it :)

If your support license is expired, you might not see that button and you will see a notice saying the support is expired in that case, you will need to extend your license to do that because of the policy. In this case, I suppose that your support license is still right so maybe you won’t see this notice.

And that’s it. Once you create an account, you will have access to direct support for as long as your license is active.
